Some of the skill sets our professionals have:

• Project Management related to the planning, scheduling, coordinating, tracking and monitoring project activities throughout the SDLC, including project requirements, design, development, test and implementation. Manage project budget, scheduling, status, issues, change management, risks, jeopardies and escalations. Work closely with client organizations and serve as the liaison in the planning and implementation of assigned projects. Support the development team in adopting strenuous processes and deliverables.
• Author functional and detailed technical programming requirements and specifications for the creation and maintenance of very large Oracle databases, data warehouses, data marts and data store.
• Use database modeling software to finalize logical and physical data base design.
• Forward engineering of data model into databases.
• Author detail PL/SQL technical specifications for development teams to create and maintain all objects in the database: Complex packages, procedures, functions, triggers, views, indexes, etc.
• Tune all SQL statements and PL/SQL programming logic using best practices. This includes maintaining complex indexing implementations like Inter Media and data storage techniques like partitioning.
• Utilize all database built-in packages for manipulating large objects like Clobs (XML) and Blobs (graphics) and for communicating to/from and updating directory and file structures in UNIX.
• Create user roles and grant all user connection and object privileges.
• Use Enterprise Manager to execute all back up and recover strategies and performance tuning monitoring of user activity and Oracle internals.
• Write UNIX scripts and job schedules (Maestro/Conman) to perform Oracle maintenance and database ETL/Maintenance calls to PL/SQL code/objects.
• Work with application development teams to implement the most affective performance attributes and Oracle processing design/access methodology within their applications.
• Experience with interfacing with very large SAP proprietary databases (sales, supply chain, forecasting).
• A very experienced hands-on database application support DBA with many years of design, modeling, building, loading (ETL) and maintaining data warehouses. Very proficient in PL/SQL and all its components along with database utilities.
• Leader of database development teams requiring knowledge transfer to enhance their programming capabilities.
• Able to build complex or simply graphical user interfaces and local databases to run your business or personal needs
• Very proficient in Microsoft products such as Excel, Access and Word.
• Able to build web sites in a single bound!
